Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a skilled HR and Admin professional to support recruitment processes, compliance, and employee development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, a diploma in HR or Business Administration, and strong organizational skills. Job description
Main Responsibilities include but not limited to following:
  • Support on the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, coordinating the necessary arrangements, and managing onboarding and off-boarding process
  • Maintain & update leave and attendance system and administer related reports. Working knowledge of Times Pro HR system is an advantage
  • Work Pass & Employment Compliance – handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes, ensure compliance with MOM and local employment laws
  • Liaise with authorities (MOM, MAS, CPF, IRAS, MINDEF etc.) in handling HR related matters
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees
  • Assist with travel managements and accommodations as needed
  • Assist in organizing welfare/recreation activities (monthly townhall, festive celebration, Team bonding, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with the PA & Admin Executive to ensure effective office maintenance, manage office supplies, and deliver general administrative support along with front desk responsibilities.
  • Handle any other tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in HR & Admin role
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
  • Great team player who is creative and resourceful, able to work with minimum supervision
