Job Description:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including analyzing job needs, choosing recruitment channels, posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting phone and on-site interviews, performing background checks, and negotiating offers to hire top talent.
  • Expand recruitment channels, simplify the hiring process, and improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Work with departments to understand their hiring needs and develop suitable recruitment plans.
  • Handle employee processes like onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, and resignations, ensuring they follow legal and regulatory rules.
  • Assist in creating performance evaluation systems, collecting results, and supporting employee growth.
  • Help develop, improve, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore laws and are reviewed and updated regularly.
  • Take care of daily office tasks like buying supplies, maintaining equipment, and managing files.
  • Help organize company events and meetings.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of HR experience, with understanding of Singapore HR regulations, processes, and the Employment Act.
  • Experienced in recruitment and interviewing, and knowledgeable about various hiring approaches.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-organized, good at time management, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fast learner with a self-driven attitude.
  • Positive, sports enthusiast, team-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Background in the technology industry is an advantage.
