HR & Admin Executive
Responsibilities
  • Handle the recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding process
  • Maintain & update Timesoft payroll system, upkeep employees’ personal files and records
  • Monthly payroll processing, preparation of payroll reports, CPF submission, IR8A/IR21 for foreign staff
  • Administer staff benefits and claims
  • Process NS, maternity & child care leaves and SDF claims
  • Maintenance of Leave Application System
  • All immigration and work pass related matters
  • Assist in organizing welfare/ recreation activities (monthly firm gathering, festive celebration,
    D&D, Team Bonding, etc.)
  • Upkeep of office maintenance
  • Provide general office administrative support
  • Cover for front desk duties
  • Insurance renewal & processing of claims submission
  • Workplace Safety & Health
  • Any other duties assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent in HR discipline or Business‑related courses
  • minimum 3 years of experience in human resource management/Timesoft payroll system
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment act and legislation
  • Positive work attitude, display initiative in problem solving, resourceful, organized and able to multi‑tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
