Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Clean, tidy, and make up guest rooms according to hotel standards, including changing linens, making beds, and replenishing amenities.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in allguest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other common spaces.

  • Ensure all rooms and public areas arewell-presentedand meet hotel cleanliness standards at all times.

  • Perform regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping glass surfaces, sanitizing touch points, and replenishing supplies.

  • Check and report anymaintenance issues, damaged items, or lost & foundto the supervisor promptly.

  • Replenish cleaning trolleys and ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining cleanliness forspecial events or VIP roomsas required.

  • Providecourteous and professional assistanceto guests when approached, ensuring guest satisfaction and service excellence.

  • Follow allsafety, security, and hygiene proceduresestablished by the hotel.

Requirements:
  • No formal education required; prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and understanding). "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."

  • Open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or LTVP+ holders only.

  • Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules efficiently.

  • Courteous and professional, with a positive service attitude.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
