Job summary

Far East Organization is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead and supervise multi-department operations, driving profitability and guest satisfaction at our Singapore property. You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping & Laundry, F&B, Security and Engineering to ensure efficient, high-quality service aligned with corporate standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping & Laundry, F&B, Security and Engineering to ensure proper, efficient and profitable hotel operations.
• Collaborate with the Executive Committee to develop long-term and short-term strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide recommendations to the Area General Manager on process improvements and hotel strategies.
• Analyze trends and guest needs to maintain high service standards across accommodations, services and facilities.
• Implement yield management strategies to achieve ARR and occupancy goals.
• Maintain high service and cleanliness standards in guestrooms and public areas within budget.
• Ensure F&B section meets sales and service standards.
• Regularly inspect guest rooms, public areas, lobby and facilities to uphold high standards.
• Coordinate with outsourced security for surveillance, reporting and incident follow-up.
• Coordinate with HR for manpower, recruitment, promotions, terminations, etc.
• Review departmental programs to foster future department heads.
• Conduct daily visits to all departments to observe routine activities.
• Act as a representative of the Area General Manager in their absence.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Area General Manager professionally and diligently.
