Job summary

Lokal Space SG in Singapore is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee daily hotel department activities across multiple locations. You will coordinate with the director on planning and execution of tasks and projects.

You will liaise with HR for manpower planning and, if required, conduct interviews; assist in developing KPI’s; act as liaison between management and staff; resolve conflicts; attend to complaints to ensure customer satisfaction; and take on any other duties assigned by directors.

Qualifications

• Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.
• Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and activity for Hotel department.
• Liaise with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects.
• Liaise with HR Department for manpower planning and, if required, conduct interview.
• Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPI’s.
• Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
• Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
• Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction.
• Any other duties assigned by directors.
