Job summary

ANTARES MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced General Manager to lead all hotel operations, drive profitability and shape strategic planning in Singapore. You will steer department heads, optimize revenue, control costs and elevate guest experiences while working closely with owners and key stakeholders.

You will drive financial performance, manage annual budgets, and implement initiatives to achieve long-term business goals with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel general management or senior hotel leadership.
• Strong grasp of P&L, budgeting, financial analysis and cost control.
• Track record of revenue growth, profitability and operational improvements.
• Hands-on, accountable leadership with stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations with strategic direction to department heads.
• Own the hotel's financial performance, revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction targets.
• Prepare and execute annual operating budgets, sales/marketing and capital budgets.
• Set short- and long-term goals and drive initiatives to achieve them.
• Review P&L, identify improvements and implement revenue growth and cost control.
• Maximise room yield and overall revenue through sales and yield management.
• Collaborate with department heads to boost productivity and service delivery.
• Conduct regular management briefings to monitor performance and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with controls, SOPs, policies and service standards.
• Oversee capital projects, refurbishments and guest service improvements.
• Build strong relationships with hotel owners and stakeholders to align objectives.
