Job summary

HRnetOne is seeking an experienced Resort Manager to oversee operations, guest experience and financial performance at a Singapore property. You will lead Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Sales and Security to deliver exceptional service and maximise profitability.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, at least 10 years in hotel operations with 3 years in a senior leadership role, and a hands-on, commercially minded approach.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• 10+ years of hotel operations experience with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in a resort or leisure property is advantageous.
• Proven budgeting, profit and loss management, revenue growth and cost control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to engage and influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual budget and business plan for management approval.
• Drive revenue, GOP and profitability across rooms, F&B, events.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Revenue to optimise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR.
• Review financial performance against budget and implement corrective actions.
• Manage operating expenses and improve manpower productivity.
• Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Sales, Security.
• Maintain service standards and facilities quality across the resort.
• Lead, coach and develop Heads of Department.
• Oversee recruitment, training, performance management and staff retention.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, licensing, safety and hygiene requirements.
• Provide regular updates on performance, risks and initiatives to VP Operations.
