Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Workforce Performance Consultant for a contractual 9-month engagement to help our client streamline daily operations through automation, including work order management, housekeeping, facility maintenance, surveys, employee scheduling, labour management, and time and attendance.

Qualifications

• Possess at least 3+ years’ experience in Hotel Operations and overall experience of 5+ years.
• Familiarity with hotel software/technology systems.
• Knowledge of HRIS / Workforce Systems is preferred
• Possess good interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ business needs and requirements to recommend suitable software modules and ensure effective implementation.
• Lead client-side software implementation projects from planning and preparation through system launch and post-implementation follow-up.
• Deliver training to clients across different departments and roles, while gathering feedback to support customer satisfaction and product improvement.
• Conduct regular account reviews, monitor customer usage and service needs, and proactively identify and escape at-risk accounts to the Account Management team.
