Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in kueh, pastry, or bakery production.
  • Experience with traditional Nyonya kueh production is an advantage but not compulsory.

  • Assist the Sous Chef in managing daily kueh production, preparation, and workflow.
  • Ensure all kueh are produced with consistent taste, texture, and presentation standards.
  • Take charge in the Sous Chef’s absence and lead the team to ensure smooth operations.
