The Role:
  • Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers experiencing issues via email, phone calls and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems, guide users through solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Proactively engage with customers to promote the use of applications, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Educate users on software functionalities and encourage the adoption of new features.
  • Actively gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences.
  • Document and categorize customer feedback, ensuring clarity and detail.
  • Regularly report customer feedback to the application owner for improvements.
Requirements:
