• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of restaurant supplies.
• Assist in menu presentation, providing guests with information and recommendations.
• Manage customer bookings and reservations.
• Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety standards at all times.
