Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and motivate a diverse team of chefs, servers, and support staff.
  • Implement and maintain stock control procedures, minimizing waste and controlling costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and licensing requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
