Responsibilities

• Client/Stakeholder Support – Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
• Procurement & Vendor Support – Assist in the management of contractors on site and inspect works
• Assist in procurement of vendors and services as required
• Finance Support – Assist in financial processes to ensure timely and accurate management
• Health & Safety – Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures are followed
• Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed
• Site Operations tasking – Oversee placements of deliveries and record delivery data for vendors
• Conference Rooms Coordination – Coordinate booking and setup for meetings and client requirements
• Consumables Order – Manage weekly orders and receipts, ensure stock availability
• General Site Cleanliness – Inspect cleanliness and direct on-site cleaning staff
• Escorting Clients/Contractors – Ensure access control and escort as needed
• Risk Management – Assist in risk management and disaster recovery planning
• Adhere to JLL’s conduct guidelines and achieve KPIs and SLAs
