Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities services including office equipment maintenance, pantry appliances, and landlord-related requests such as air-conditioning services.
• Manage reception and front-of-house operations including visitor registration, access card administration, and visitor guidance.
• Oversee mailroom operations including incoming and outgoing mail distribution, courier arrangements, and employee inquiries.
• Support vendor coordination and monitor soft services performance through regular engagement and operational briefings.
• Manage invoice processing, payment tracking, purchase order generation, and goods receiving activities.
• Assist with incident reporting, monthly reporting, audit documentation, and compliance with JLL and client operational standards.
• Respond to facilities issues, user requests, and emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
