Main duties & and responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the Chief Executive and senior leadership in shaping and executing enterprise-wide priorities.
• Provide authoritative oversight of corporate governance, risk management, and organisational accountability.
• Lead enterprise transformation and change agendas to strengthen institutional effectiveness and long-term resilience.
• Exercise executive leadership over all corporate services portfolios, including finance, HR, technology, procurement, communications, and facilities.
• Establish and enforce robust financial stewardship frameworks to ensure disciplined planning and optimal use of resources.
• Drive transparency, accountability, and value-for-money across all corporate expenditure and investments.
• Build sustainable organisational capability through integrated talent, leadership development, and succession strategies.
