Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking a Head of South East Asia based in Singapore. This role requires overseeing sales and marketing across Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia. We are looking to recruit a genuine high-caliber Head of South East Asia for the Emerging Markets region, based in Singapore. This leader will oversee all aspects of Sales and Marketing for the 6 major countries of Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia.

The Head of South East Asia will provide input, advice, and leadership regarding strategy setting, account planning, and execution across the geography. This includes developing annual budgets, monitoring ongoing performance, and instigating corrective actions as necessary.

The role is responsible for developing and leading a high-performing Sales & Marketing team across SEA, fostering a culture of customer‑centricity, accountability, collaboration, and achieving bold goals whilst driving growth across categories. He/She will lead the local development and execution of sell‑through, sales‑out, marketing, and business plans across the region.

We are looking for an individual who can encompass all aspects of general management—from people leadership, business planning, and negotiations, to P&L ownership and driving results through teams. The consumer business is key to Logitech’s success, and this leader will deliver a strong omnichannel strategy across retail and e‑tail.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the overall performance of South East Asia, working through sell‑through, sales‑out, marketing, and a dedicated team across the geography.
  • Define the Regional Plan:
    • Lead collaboration of stakeholders, Marketing Managers, and Account Managers to align on Country & Regional Strategy with Category priorities.
    • Define account priorities and allocate resources accordingly.
    • Establish SEA KPIs and track performance.
  • Drive Distribution Excellence:
    • Create and strengthen a robust distribution network to maximize geographic and account reach.
    • Work closely with supply chain and distribution partners to maintain healthy inventory levels and maximize opportunities.
  • Customer & Account Leadership:
    • Build and execute strong customer account plans to achieve and exceed targets.
    • Lead key account relationships and ensure world‑class execution of joint business plans.
    • Increase market presence, brand visibility, and in‑house shares across priority markets.
  • Marketing & Brand Development:
    • Create (with marketing) strong brand presence instore and online.
    • Drive omni‑channel strategies across retail and e‑tail.
  • People Leadership:
    • Develop and lead a high‑performing Sales & Marketing team, instilling discipline in processes and excellence in execution.
    • Foster collaboration with Category Heads and Emerging Markets leadership to ensure alignment on priorities.
For Consideration, You Must Bring
  • Minimum 18–20 years of experience in sales, business development, and marketing management within consumer tech or FMCG.
  • Regional leadership experience, ideally covering multi‑country operations within SEA.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Strong track record in building and scaling distribution networks and retail/e‑tail strategies.
  • Proven ability to drive efficiencies across markets, portfolios, and processes.
  • Strong matrix and virtual team management skills; excellent influencing ability.
  • Deep understanding of the SEA retail and channel landscape, with active networks across the region.
  • Executive‑level presence with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong P&L ownership and commercial acumen.
