Responsibilities
  • Lead capital raising and distribution initiatives across all potential channels for the company's products
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with investors, consultants, and distribution partners. Serve as the trusted point of contact for product and performance discussions.
  • Main contact to liaise internally for leads and lead generation initiatives within the group.
  • Develop and execute the firm's AUM raising and distribution strategy for all geographic regions and investor types. Aligning with the company's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with the investment team to tailor investment products and structures to meet investor demand and regulatory environments
  • Lead a small team in sales and investor relations. Decision maker on sales processes, CRM systems and reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure all AUM raising and marketing activities adhere to global regulatory and compliance standards
  • Ability to translate complex quantitative strategies into clear investor friendly narratives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in fund distribution, investor relations or capital formation within a related industry
  • Proven track record of capital formation.
  • Deep understanding of investment products and fund vehicles for distribution
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
