Job scope

• Provide technical guidance to the APAC development teams, manage resources and budgets, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end product development via the Stage Gate process, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved.
• Manage product specifications, technical data sheets (TDS), ISIR coordination, and technical alignment with product management, procurement, quality, and suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, laboratories, and global R&D on technical topics and development projects.
• Contribute to product strategy, evaluate new technologies, support certifications and industrialization, and participate in standardization and IP-related activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, make decisions within defined guidelines, manage development budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.
