Responsibilities

• Build and lead a new designated market-making business, starting from zero and scaling across targeted markets in Asia.
• Develop and execute business development strategy to secure partnerships with crypto exchanges and token projects, driving listings and liquidity programs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with token issuers, project founders, and ecosystem partners to create a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms for market‑making mandates, including incentives, liquidity obligations, and co‑marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal trading and technology teams to design liquidity playbooks, quoting strategies, and infrastructure for designated market‑making.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
• Represent the organization in the crypto ecosystem, building brand presence and fostering strategic partnerships across the region.
