Abouttherole:

TheHeadofFinancialPlanning&Analysiswillberesponsiblefordevelopingaccurateforecastsandbudgets,preparinginsightfulfinancialanalysis,andsupportingstrategicdecision-makingforoursales,marketing,operations,andbusinessdevelopmentteams.ThisrolewillbetheleaderofourFP&Afunctionand,assuch,willtakeanownershiproleindevelopingourstandardsandbestpracticesforfinancialreportingandanalysis.TherolewillreporttotheChiefFinancialOfficerwithtwodirectsreportslocatedinSingapore.Additionally,therolewillbeexpectedtocollaboratecloselywiththeGlobalControllerandtopartnercross-functionally,includingwiththecommercial,operationalandgloballeadershipteams.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Developandmaintaininsightfulfinancialstandardfinancialreportsanddashboardsforcommercialandoperationalstakeholders,providingclearandconcisesummariesofperformanceagainsttargets.
• Conductin-depthanalysisofbusinessperformance,includingvarianceanalysisagainstbudget,forecast,andpriorperiods.Identifytrends,risks,andopportunities,andproviderecommendationsforimprovement.
• Preparead-hocfinancialanalysistosupportkeybusinessdecisionmakingandstrategicinitiatives
• Leadthedevelopmentofannualbudgets,quarterlyforecasts,andlong-rangeplansforcommercialrevenue,expenses,andkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs).
• Serveasatrustedfinancialpartnertothebusinessunitandcross-functionalleadershipteam,providingfinancialguidanceandsupporttoachievebusinessobjectives.
• SupportoperationsKPItrackingandscorecarding.Identifymarginenhancementactivitiesandprepareanalysisthatdrivesactionwhilesupportingtheimplementationandtrackingresults.
• Supportpricingstrategiesandinitiativesthroughfinancialmodelingandanalysis,ensuringprofitabilityandcompetitiveness.Supportfinancialevaluationofnewproductlaunches,newmarketplaces,newgeographies,newchannelsandnewcustomers.
• EvaluatetheROIperformanceofsalesandmarketingprogramsandinitiatives,providingrecommendationsforoptimizingresourceallocationandmaximizingreturns.
• Identifyandimplementprocessimprovementswithacontinuousimprovementmindsettodelivertoourbusinesspartnersfaster,moreaccurate,moreimpactful,moreusefulanalyticalandreportinginsights.
• Supporttheimplementationandbeasubject-matterexpertofNetSuiteERP.Beathoughtleaderinthedeploymentofouranalyticstoolsandprocessesinapost-ERPgo-live.ContinuouslyevaluateothersoftwaresolutionsthatcanenhanceourFP&Acapabilitiesandleadthoseimplementationsasneeded.
• Beatrustedbusinessadvisortothebusinessunitandaclosecollaboratorwiththeaccountingteam.Translatecomplexfinancialdataintoactionableinsightsfornon-financialstakeholdersandspreadfinancialliteracy.

Requirements

RoleRequirements/Competencies:
