A leading social media platform is seeking a Senior Communications Leader for their E-commerce Communications team in Singapore. About The Team: This role sits within our Global E-commerce Communications team and will serve as the senior leader and communications stakeholder for TikTok Shop Operations, Business and Product teams in TikTok Shop's Asian markets as well as cross-functional legal, policy and governance & experience teams.
About The Role: We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic communications leader for our e-commerce communications team in APAC. This is a critical role that will shape how TikTok Shop connects with media and key stakeholders across this high-priority region. You’ll be at the forefront of building brand reputation, driving business narratives, and positioning TikTok Shop as the leading commerce platform in the region.
This role will be critical in building local narratives, devising pan-regional and local market communications strategies, and advising business and product teams on a range of topics including product positioning, messaging alignment in the regional regulatory environment, market trends, and external issues, ultimately preserving our competitive advantage and safeguarding our brand reputation across the region.
