Join JPMorgan's Trade & Working Capital Operations team as the Regional Lead. You’ll lead operations managers and influence a team of professionals, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Role Summary

As the Head of Asia Trade & Working Capital Operations within JPMorgan's Payments business, you will oversee the Core & Structured Trade processes, ensuring transactions are executed efficiently, timely, and accurately, while fostering a proactive risk and control culture. You will collaborate with global teams to enhance client satisfaction and lead continuous improvement initiatives. With the responsibility of managing a team of 50 employees across Asia branches and influencing a global team of approximately 150 professionals, your role encompasses strategy development, governance, and collaboration with various departments to ensure high-quality delivery and an exceptional client experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the Asia Trade & Working Capital Operations team, ensuring effective oversight of processes and controls.
  • Cultivate a proactive risk and control culture with proven evaluation strategies.
  • Ensure quality output to meet all Key Performance Indicators for client satisfaction.
  • Foster an inclusive culture to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent.
  • Promote continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Partner with colleagues across the firm to drive consistent operational practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong focus on quality and delivery.
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay current with sanctions and regulatory changes.
  • Lead interactions with audit and compliance teams.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
