This pivotal role leads the
Agency distribution channel across Asia (Life & P&C) and
Digital transformation for distribution [agency, bank partnerships, others] & customer.
The mandate is to develop a next-generation distribution ecosystem aligned with Allianz’s Pinnacle 2030 strategy, integrating agency professionalization and digital solutions for growth. The role demands a strategic, innovative leader experienced in delivering results while building long-term capabilities across diverse markets.

Degree qualified with at least 15+ years in insurance distribution, with multi-disciplinary exposure to products, digital asset management, technology, or operations etc., including 5+ years in agency management.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is desirable.
Industry Knowledge: Possesses sound knowledge of agency sales, sales processes, trend identification, and a profound understanding of products and back-office functions.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.

Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Strong knowledge of regulatory and operational environments across Asia.
