Job description
Head, Corporate Transformation & Services
1. Organizational Transformation & Strategic Development

Lead transformation initiatives to enhance the client's organizational effectiveness and service integration.

Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, system automation, and digital transformation.

Drive change projects that strengthen governance, cost efficiency, and cross-divisional collaboration.

Partner with senior leaders to align transformation goals with the client's strategic plan and mission.

Track performance metrics and report progress to the Executive Director and Board Committees.

2. Corporate Secretariat & Governance

Support the Executive Director in secretariat functions for the Board and Committees, including agenda preparation, minutes, and compliance documentation.

Ensure adherence to governance standards, records management, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate submission of papers, reports, and resolutions to relevant Board and Committee Chairs.

3. Corporate Administration & Operations

Oversee corporate administrative and governance functions, including statutory submissions and corporate documentation.

Manage digital systems and government portals (e.g., CorpPass, GeBIZ, LicenseOne, grant portals) to ensure timely access and updates.

Ensure proper vendor and contract management aligned with the clients financial and governance standards.

4. Facilities & Maintenance Management

Oversee facilities and infrastructure management across the client's offices and service centers.

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, workplace safety, and asset lifecycle planning.

Liaise with authorities, contractors, and landlords to ensure statutory and safety compliance.

5. Information Technology & Digitalization

Provide strategic direction for the clients IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital governance.

Oversee implementation of key systems (HRIS, CRM, finance systems) to support service excellence.

Ensure data protection and cybersecurity compliance in line with PDPA and internal policies.

Champion digital adoption and strengthen digital literacy across divisions.
