Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to spearhead a High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product Engineering Media Health team in Singapore. You will drive test coverage, product development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver next-generation HBM devices across DRAM and stacked die architectures.

You will mentor teams, manage complex projects, and apply AI-driven approaches to optimize manufacturing flow, yield, and cost while advancing technology leadership in memory solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree with 10+ years in semiconductor industry.
• Strong leadership and technical skills with root-cause problem solving.
• Experience with statistics, data analysis tools and scripting.
• Willingness to lead multi-disciplinary teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Optimized test coverage for current and future HBM architectures and process nodes.
• Developed and validated Micron’s next-generation HBM products.
• Provided design verification support using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
• Led yield improvement initiatives to reduce costs and cycle time.
• Mentored team members and managed cross-functional projects.
