Job summary

Micron invites engineers to join the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product Engineering - Media Health team in Singapore. You will drive media health manufacturing execution for next-generation HBM products, including DRAM die, interface die, and stacked HBM solutions.

You will own test flow development, yield improvement, and reliability strategies while working with cross-functional partners to maintain technology leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation.
• Solid understanding of problem-solving methodologies, with a focus on root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Optimize test coverage on current and future HBM architectures and nodes to maintain high-volume manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify Micron's next-generation HBM products for reliability and market readiness.
• Support design verification and circuit analysis for new products using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
• Improve manufacturing test yields, reduce test time, and address yield-related issues across DRAM, interface, and stacked die areas.
• Identify root causes and resolve manufacturing test flow issues, Nil and RMA device issues.
• Promote innovation and drive changes that give Micron a technical advantage.
• Mentor and develop other team members and drive project management skills within the team.
• Make technical decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Fab, HBM Technology Development, HBM Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams; leverage AI-powered tools to boost productivity.
