Job summary

Micron Technology in Singapore seeks a senior team manager to lead the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product Engineering Media Health team, driving a high-performing group across DRAM and interface die stacks. You will focus on quality, cost, cycle time and scalability.

You will collaborate with Fab, Design, Technology Development and other functions, develop test flows, improve yield, and advance CAD/Verilog verification, while mentoring others and steering cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the semiconductor industry with Micron product engineering experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and complex programs.
• Experience in design verification, circuit analysis and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HBM Product Engineering Media Health team to meet quality, cost, cycle time and scale goals.
• Develop and validate manufacturing test flows; improve yield and test coverage.
• Collaborate with Fab, Design, Technology Development, and QA teams to drive innovations and AI-enabled workflows.
