Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Product Engineering experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimized test coverage for HBM designs.
• Develop, validate, characterize and qualify HBM products.
• Improve manufacturing test yields and reduce test time.
