Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a leader for the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product Engineering Media Health team. You will spearhead a high performing group, drive test flow development, yield improvements, and DFT strategy across DRAM, interface die and stacked die products.

You will collaborate with Fab, Design, and Quality teams to achieve strategic objectives. Responsibilities include optimizing test coverage, validating next‑gen HBM products, and mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with strong leadership and problem solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with cross‑functional collaboration
• Willingness to travel internationally (US, Taiwan, Japan) and work on site in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Optimize test coverage for current and future HBM design architectures and process nodes.
• Develop, validate, characterise and qualify Micron’s next generation HBM products.
• Support design verification and circuit analysis using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
• Improve yields and reduce test time through optimized manufacturing test flows.
• Lead risk analysis, project prioritisation and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Mentor and develop team members and drive technical decisions.
• Promote innovation and drive process improvements across the team.
