Job summary

You will drive a high-performing group focused on DRAM and stacked HBM products, optimizing test flows, reliability, and cost while leading cross-functional collaborations across Fab, Design, and Technology Development. The role requires 10+ years in semiconductors, strong leadership, data analysis skills, and a passion for mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics with 10+ years in semiconductors.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving with root cause analysis.
• Experience with statistics, data analysis tools, and scripting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Singapore with international travel.

Responsibilities

• Optimized test coverage for current and future HBM architectures and nodes.
• Developed, validated, characterized, and qualified next‑gen HBM products.
• Supported design verification and in-depth circuit analysis for new products.
• Drive yield improvement and cost reduction by reducing test time and addressing device issues.
• Mentor and develop team members; manage cross-functional collaboration.
