Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a senior engineer to lead the Media Health team for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) product engineering.

You will drive test flow, reliability strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality HBM products for DRAM and stacked die configurations. You will mentor team members, manage projects, and push for innovative approaches to reduce cost, cycle time, and improve yield while coordinating with Fab, Design, and Quality teams.

Qualifications
