Job summary

Micron is seeking an experienced technical professional to join the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product Engineering - Media Health team. You will drive media health manufacturing execution for next-generation HBM products, including DRAM die, interface die, and stacked HBM solutions.

You will improve test coverage, reliability, and yield while contributing to Design‑For‑Test strategy and cost reduction. The role involves collaborating with Fab, Product Leads, Design Engineering, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation.
• Solid problem-solving methodologies with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Optimize test coverage for current and future HBM architectures and process nodes.
• Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify Micron's next-generation HBM products.
• Provide support for design verification using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
• Improve manufacturing test yields and reduce test time while addressing DRAM/Interface/Die yield issues.
• Collaborate with Fab, HBM teams, and cross-functional groups to ship end products.
• Promote innovation and mentor others; drive project management and risk decisions.
