Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an Electrical/Electronics engineer to join the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product & System Engineering Media Health team.

You will help develop and validate manufacturing test flows for next‑gen HBM products, collaborating across Fab, Design, and Quality to optimize yield, cost, and cycle time. The role requires strong problem-solving and CMOS/DRAM knowledge, plus data analysis and scripting (Python).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of CMOS technology and DRAM architecture.
• Experience with data analysis, scripting (Python) and semiconductor device concepts.

Responsibilities

• Optimized test coverage across current and future HBM architectures to maintain manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop, validate, characterize and qualify Micron’s next-generation HBM products.
• Support design verification and circuit-level analysis using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
• Improve yields and reduce test time by identifying device issues and process improvements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolve manufacturing test-flow issues; promote innovation.
• Develop project plans and manage cross-functional collaboration with Fab, Design, Technology Development and Quality teams.
