Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a Manager (Hard Services) to ensure the building's infrastructure remains safe and efficient. This role involves overseeing all M&E, civil, and building systems while leading the transition to integrated facilities management and BIM. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in commercial or mixed developments. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, crisis management skills, and a proven track record in safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in managing commercial or mixed building developments.
• Certified as Fire Safety Manager and registered to carry out the duties of FSM.
• Strong working knowledge of building codes and energy management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hard services including M&E, ACMV, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Develop long-term maintenance and upgrade strategies for aging infrastructure.
• Monitor asset performance and maintenance efficiency.
