Job summary

GYM SUPERVISOR (ENERGYONE GYM) at Safra Mount Faber

We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Gym Supervisor to lead daily operations and support our team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring members enjoy a safe, well-managed, and engaging gym experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and supervise the gym team to deliver great service
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, safety checks, and facility readiness
  • Support membership growth, renewals, and engagement initiatives
  • Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and on-site performance
  • Handle member feedback and onsite escalations professionally
  • Support campaigns, events, and wellness programmes
Qualifications
  • Experience in fitness, sports, recreation, or similar environments
  • Supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as rostered
