Job description
The Guest Service Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in and check-out process, and addressing guest needs efficiently and professionally. This role serves as the first point of contact and is essential in creating a positive and lasting impression for guests.
Working Hours
- 5-day work week, totaling 44 hours per week (approximately 9 hours per day)
- Rotating shift schedule is required, including weekends and Public Holidays
- Shift timings (may vary):
Shift A: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Shift B: 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Shift C: 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM
What to expect
- Work closely with Manager to deliver courteous and professional service to all guests, responding promptly and tactfully to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Provide consistently polite, efficient, and attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly, ideally within three rings, in a professional manner.
- Perform cashiering duties in accordance with the residence’s established Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times, especially with in-house guests, and demonstrate a warm and hospitable demeanor.
- Take full ownership of guest concerns and complaints, resolving them promptly in line with established procedures. Escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary and complete glitch reports as required.
- Uphold guest room safety, emergency, and fire safety protocols; encourage guests to use in-room safes and ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Stay knowledgeable about the residence's facilities, services, and local attractions/events to provide guests with accurate and helpful information. Maintain effective communication and a cooperative working relationship with all team members and departments.
- Ensure a professional appearance by maintaining personal grooming standards and keeping the work area clean and organized at all times.

Requirements
- O-Level or equivalent
- Willing to perform rotating shifts
- Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills
- Experience in hospitality and knowledge of HMS will be advantageous
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in prestigious hotel
- No experience are welcome to apply
