Job summary

A hospitality establishment in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer service while managing reservations and supporting operations.   • Provide operation support to Operation Manager to ensure the objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved
  • Being a liaison with staff and management
  • Collection and analysis of customer data
  • Hitting KPIs set by management
  • To be familiar with all items on the menu. In this respect, you must have knowledge of all recipes, methods of preparation and preparation time
  • To ensure that all pre-opening duties are completed on schedule daily
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the outlet
  • Opening and closing the store
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required, including but not limited to helping with service and related marketing duties
