Job summary

PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering in Singapore is seeking an experienced Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to welcome guests and manage seamless check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include handling room charges and payments, coordinating with housekeeping, and providing detailed information about the property. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-first attitude, with shifts including mornings and nights, four days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office or guest services preferred.
• Proficient with Opera PMS and basic computer applications.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
• Process all types of payment such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
• Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns courteously and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track the readiness of rooms for check-in.
• Supply guests with directions and information regarding the property.
• Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
• Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by superior
