PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, Singapore is seeking a dedicated hotel front office staff to manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in hotel guest services, knowledge of front desk operations including Opera PMS, and strong communication skills.

The role requires working in a fast-paced environment and includes rotating shifts, providing opportunities for a dynamic work experience in a premier hotel.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel front office or guest services preferred.
• Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and cashiering.
