Job summary

A leading recreation management company in Singapore is looking for an experienced individual to assist in managing operations at various recreational spaces. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, conducting readiness checks, and ensuring high standards of guest service. Candidates should have a diploma/certifications in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or attractions management. Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in service/hospitality industry or attractions management.
  • Experience in leading a small team.
  • Knowledge in operation of Attraction/Museum/Facilities/Park Management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct facilities readiness checks for Fort Siloso.
  • Manage daily operations of recreational spaces.
  • Prepare staff roster for sufficient manpower.
  • Monitor faults reported with stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback and initiate improvements.
  • Coordinate events and activities in recreational spaces.
