Job summary

Scheer IMC in Singapore is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead sales of Learning Management Systems across Singapore and the SEA region. You will hunt opportunities, lead high-impact pitches, and cultivate long-term client relationships while supporting partners with proposals and events.

The role demands 5+ years in technology sales or software consulting, familiarity with LMS or HR tech, and a proactive, autonomous work style with willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of success in Technology Sales, Business Development, or Software Consulting.
• Prior experience or familiarity with LMS, HR Software, E-Learning, Digital Content, or Knowledge Management systems is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business opportunities and generate a robust pipeline across Singapore and the SEA region (supported by a strong partner network).
• Lead high-impact pitches, deliver capability presentations, and craft winning proposals/tenders for innovative learning solutions.
• Own key regional accounts, building deep, long-term relationships with clients at all hierarchy levels.
• Support our partner network with presentations and lead local marketing initiatives (conferences, events, etc.) aligned with global strategies.
• Provide clients with basic introductions and training on our products, keeping data sharp within our CRM.
