Job summary

International Data Corporation Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Sales Manager – SEA Tech Vendor to grow our Singapore team across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and other SEA markets. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and drive a robust sales pipeline with a quota-driven mindset.

You will lead end-to-end sales processes, win new logos, renew existing accounts, and forecast accurately while collaborating with Marketing and Product

Qualifications

• BA/BS level degree or equivalent.
• English language essential; other languages desirable.
• Very strong presentation, writing, critical thinking, and negotiation skills to senior level executives.
• Self-starter with strong organization and time management; able to work at fast pace to achieve targets.
• 8–10 years or more experience in an IT or market research sales organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work across IDC units Worldwide and within IDC Asia-Pacific.
• Must travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive quota achievement by identifying prospects and positioning IDC’s portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes, acquiring new logos and renewing enterprise accounts.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure renewal and growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to drive sales.
• Maintain an accurate forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Own your pipeline across SEA to support quota achievement.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
