Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in sales or business development.

• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
• Negotiate project contracts with clients or customers.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and related documents.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Generate regular reports on market updates and project updates.
• Stay up-to-date with market conditions.
• Provide customer quotations based on requirements or proposed solutions.
• Strong and clear presentation and communication skills.
• Meet with clients to introduce and promote products and solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations and hands-on guidance.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
