Position Overview
We are looking for a Growth Content Lead to own and drive content strategy across investor, community, and ecosystem touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with experience in crafting decks, whitepapers, and go-to-market materials, while also understanding how content drives growth, adoption, and brand positioning in the Web3/Blockchain space.

This role combines content creation + growth strategy + operations, and is critical to shaping how the company communicates with investors, partners, and users.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth-focused content creation: Produce high-quality decks, whitepapers, litepapers, and thought-leadership materials that support fundraising, partnerships, and ecosystem growth.
• Content-led growth strategy: Develop and execute strategies where content is leveraged to attract users, strengthen brand authority, and drive business outcomes.
• Community & market positioning: Collaborate with marketing to ensure content resonates with Web3 communities, media, and KOLs.
• Cross-functional alignment: Work closely with founders, product, and BD teams to ensure content supports go-to-market campaigns, token launches, and ecosystem initiatives.
• Content operations: Manage the end-to-end process of ideating, drafting, designing, and distributing content across channels.
• Analytics & optimization: Measure performance of content campaigns and refine strategy for impact and scalability.

Requirements

• At least minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Growth Content role in the relevant industry
• Proven experience creating decks, whitepapers, and investor-facing materials in Web3/Blockchain.
• Strong understanding of tokenomics, DeFi, NFTs, or blockchain infrastructure.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills — ability to make technical concepts accessible and persuasive.
• Experience in growth marketing or content-led growth strategies.
• Proficiency with design/presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Figma, Canva).
• Track record of contributing to fundraising, partnerships, or user growth through content.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving Web3 environment.
