Responsibilities

• Achieve Company’s sales objectives.
• Compile information on customers’ complaints and feedbacks.
• Provide prompt responses to incoming email and phone enquiries.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Ensure you possess good knowledge of Company’s products and industry standards.
