Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. About the Team:

The Regional Marketing Solutions team is responsible for online marketing strategy and the growth of solutions across internal and external media channels for Shopee sellers. The role requires strong knowledge of digital media, paid solutions and performance marketing to drive growth for Shopee sellers. Our team is in-charge of growing the different marketing channels that sellers can use to increase their shop’s awareness and convert users to buyers. We are in-charge of all ads-related solutions which cover onsite and offsite ads. We partner with several major social media platforms to offer the best solution to the seller to reach their business goals.

Job Description:
  • Identify key brands’ challenges and growth opportunities through data analysis, qualitative feedback and industry trends
  • Adopt a data-driven approach to track performance and measure success
  • Drive continuous improvements in the brand management process via innovation and new technology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the rollout and adoption of new products and features
  • Partner with external and internal stakeholders to support strategic partnership initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business / Finance/ Engineering or a related field
  • Prior internship or full-time experience in the internet, consulting or relevant industries is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, able to tackle complex problems with a structured approach
  • Organised, discerning and highly attentive to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in discussions with senior stakeholders and external parties such as brands, channels or media agencies
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data modeling skills
  • A fast learner and collaborative team player, able to thrive in a dynamic work environment with the flexibility to adapt to new challenges
  • Experience in digital media/ e-commerce with solid knowledge is a plus
