The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Group Operations team in Singapore. This role will lead strategic projects that drive network optimisation and value creation across our product portfolio. Projects span site transfers, packaging improvements, warehouse capability implementation, artwork changes, and supply chain process enhancements.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong project management capabilities, effective stakeholder engagement, and a thorough understanding of the regulatory and operational landscape across ANZ, SEA, North Asia, Japan, the Middle East, the EU, and key source markets, including India.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
  • Manage site transfers including formulation, SKU migration, sourcing, pilot batches, validation, stability, and regulatory submissions.
  • Drive packaging optimisation, artwork updates, and warehouse capability projects.
  • Apply Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and risk management tools to track and mitigate delays.
  • Lead teams to turn ambiguous project briefs into clear objectives, defined scope, and actionable deliverables, ensuring alignment and clarity from the outset.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across regions.
  • Understand and communicate the “why” behind each project to drive alignment and purpose.
  • Navigate diverse working styles and cultural nuances to foster collaboration.
Regulatory & Technical Enablement
  • Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure timely submissions and approvals.
  • Understand key regulatory pillars across target markets to enable project success.
  • Work effectively with sourcing and manufacturing partners, especially in India and SEA.
Process Improvement & Governance
  • Champion the Value Creation and Optimisation framework to ensure consistent project governance.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to accelerate speed-to-market.
  • Maintain accurate project status updates in the Project Portfolio Tracker.
About You
Experience & Qualifications
  • About 7 -10 years’ experience in FMCG or Consumer Health/Pharma industry.
  • Experience in technical transfer of products to EMOs is a plus!
  • Proven track record in project management across technical and commercial domains.
  • Project Management Certification (or equivalent experience).
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to manage ambiguity.
  • High emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and tailor communication to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook; familiarity with regulatory systems a plus.
  • Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve process performance across supply chain and operations projects.
