Responsible for developing and executing strategies, system improvements, preparing necessary proposals that support the company’s long-term goals, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Company Governance
  • Design and implement the corporate governance framework to ensure the governance structure complies with laws, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Develop and update corporate governance policies, procedures, and guidelines, conducting regular reviews to ensure their effectiveness;
  • Ensure the corporate governance structure is clear, with defined roles and responsibilities for the board of directors and management.
Compliance Management and Risk Control
  • Monitor governance practices for compliance, ensuring the company adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Develop and implement internal control and risk management policies to prevent governance risks;
  • Conduct regular internal audits and checks of governance practices to ensure compliance and transparency.
Monitoring and Reporting
  • Track and report the effectiveness of corporate governance practices, providing recommendations for improvement;
  • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and adjust governance policies and procedures accordingly;
  • Prepare reports on corporate governance implementation for senior management or the board.
Job Specifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a reputable educational institution, and Corporate Secretaries are welcome to apply
  • Ideally, 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience in implementing Corporate systems / Compliance Management / Process Optimization for Construction-related industries
