Job summary

Laguna Hotel Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a front desk associate to provide exceptional customer service to members and guests at the golf facility in Singapore. The role involves handling golf reservations, payments, and daily shop operations to ensure a smooth guest experience.

You will rotate through shifts, including weekends and public holidays, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism while delivering merchandise information and assistance to members and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front desk experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to handle private and confidential matters discreetly.
• Five-day work week with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and assist in members' and guests' enquiries.
• Assist in golf reservations for members and guests (via phone, email or in-person).
• Perform opening and closing procedures for golf sports shop.
• Handle sales and money transactions during shift with accountability.
• Maintain an accurate up-to-date Golf Tee Sheet.
• Collect fees for green fees, buggy, rental clubs/shoes, corporate bookings, and late cancellations.
